When you schedule a session, you are agreeing to the following terms:
WHAT I WILL PHOTOGRAPH:
-Anything SFW
-Suggestive/Flirtatious poses
-wetsuits
-Petsuits
-balloons & inflatables
-harnesses
-Body positivity Torso Nude (not sexual) for people who want to express their body positivity in a bust portrait.
-Trans positivity Torso Nude (not sexual) for people who want to express and show off their transition in a bust portrait.
-Anything depicting LGBTQA+ self expression
WHAT I WILL NOT PHOTOGRAPH:
-Any NSFW, Including pornographic content and extreme kinks and kink gear
-Soft Suiting
-Abusive or Violent Themes
-Any Themes racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.
TURNAROUND TIME:
Between 2 weeks to a month or more depending on my queue size.

PAYMENT FOR ON LOCATION SESSIONS:
All Photo option costs are as stated at the time of form submission & will remain once booking is confirmed. The full contract amount is due at the time of arrival unless otherwise agreed upon.
PAYMENT FOR OFF LOCATION SESSIONS:
For off location photo shoots a mileage rate of 54 cents per mile round trip out of Auburn, New Hampshire 03032 will be applied unless otherwise agreed upon. A 50% retainer fee is also due to hold your off location session date. Any outdoor session around Auburn, NH 03032 does not require a mileage rate or retainer fee.
CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS FOR OFF LOCATION PHOTOSHOOTS:
A 50% retainer fee is due to hold your off location session date. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel less than 2 days prior to your session. The remaining balance is due the date of your session. If you do not cancel and I arrive at the location of the session and you do not show up you will be responsible for paying the remaining 50% balance. If you wish to postpone your photo session please do so no later than 2 days before your session and I will hold your retainer fee for your newly scheduled session.
OUTDOOR SESSION WEATHER:
If the weather is torrential and I determine photoshoot is not possible, the session will be rescheduled for another day.
OFF LOCATION TERMS:
Sessions will be conducted at a location agreed upon by me. I will not trespass or use any property/locations that are considered unlawful to do so. I am bound by any rules stated for the property or location. If YOU wish to shoot on private property it is YOUR responsibility to get authorization from the owner of the property. I am not responsible for hazards at the location and YOU agree to enter into the session at YOUR own risk.
FAILURE TO PERFORM:
If I am unable to supply my photographic services due to illness, mechanical breakdown, accident, acts of God, or any other cause beyond my control, then I will offer a full refund of any fees or payments that have been made or I will reschedule your photo session for another date.
USAGE RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP:
By commissioning me you acknowledge that I am the owner of all the copyrights of all the images. The images and all copyrights remain the exclusive property of the photographer without limitation.
IMAGES ARE LICENSED FOR SPECIFIC USE(S) AND ARE NOT SOLD.
You understand and agree that you are not buying the images but paying for the service provided and the rights to share these images. If you wish to buy the copyrights and royalties to use these images you will be charged an additional royalties fee.
CREDIT LINE AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE:
Placement of a credit line or copyright notice is required when posting the images on the internet and may not be removed. If the images have been cropped or altered slightly you are required to place the credit line watermark back in the bottom right of the photo.
My standard copyrights to your photos unless you purchase royalties use are:

YOU ARE FREE TO:
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.
Under the following terms:
Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
COOPERATION & PHYSICAL LIABILITY:
All parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this photoshoot. I am not responsible for missed images due to any individual’s failure to appear or cooperate during the photoshoot. If there is any threat to me or my equipment by any subject, I reserve the right to end coverage immediately with no further liability to finish the photoshoot, with no refunds given. Additionally, you are responsible for your own conduct and the conduct of all participants in the Session. You agree to hold me harmless for any injuries or damages sustained preceding, during, and immediately following the photoshoot.
DOWNLOADING DIGITAL FILES:
While I may choose to archive your Images, it is your responsibility to properly store and download the Images I provide in your download link. I cannot guarantee the availability of any Images beyond the date of first delivery to you after downloading them.
DIGITAL FILE QUALITY:
I am committed to providing high quality services. The images provided will be encoded in an industry-standard data format that I may select, at a high resolution that I determine will be suitable to the reproduction technology and uses for which the Images are licensed for.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not protected under federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws.
I reserve the right to privacy upon inquiry of contract refusal for any other reason than explicitly stated in the contract.
